The crew did an amazing job replacing my laminate floors, drywall and baseboards. They went the extra mile to have the floor go through to the hallway as I had hoped. Service master came to our house after our sewer line burst into our basement.
Because they are the only company that does restorations on the North Island it took awhile to actually do the repairs.
However, when they did they did an outstanding job. Marc the drywaller and Catherine the painter were exceptional. Kevin, Sara and Tyler part of the clean up crew also deserve a special shout out for the great job they did and their kind professional manner.
Altogether magnificent crew of people. Thank you for a job(s) well done.

Amazing service
Chad arrived shortly after the accident and built a wall to protect the premise, Michelle and Sarah arrived this morning and in just a few hours the place looks 100% better than before they arrived. So glad I chose to use them everyone has been so helpful.

From the initial meeting with Patrick right thru to completion of the project we were very pleased and impressed.. Patrick, the office staff, the team at the job site were all professional, respectful, kind and understanding. With my health issues plus non compliant tenants things could have went quite differently. Thanks to Patrick and his amazing team they handled it all extremely well.
I highly recommend Service Master of North Island to anyone who is looking for an outstanding, professional and high quality outcome.
