Went to use the car wash, put $12-14 in and had to wash my car with water only, no soap. I tracked down the district manager’s number - Tyler. When I spoke with him he seemed to be on top of things, and offered me a $25 gift card for my inconvenience. I didn’t need to be on that side of town so I went today to pick up said gift card. Opened it and it was only $10.
I don’t understand why someone would say something and then not do that. I hate people who lie. Really disappointed.
Before I picked it up I thought wow, for once someone is trying to make up for shitty service. I didn’t need to make the trip to pick up $10 - I would rather have had nothing than going to that location to get an insignificant amount.
Don’t recommend using any of the Gas n Go’s or wash n go’s. They’re always dirty and neglected and out of soap or no water pressure. I wanted to believe they would stand by their word, but just another crappy business.

Called last night to confirm that they do propane refills here. The guy said yes but no one is here at the moment that can do it but he will be there tomorrow. I showed up the following day and no one was there to do propane refills.

Rude customer service, refusal to offer much change for the carwash. Poor carwash maintenance, not fixing the payment machines for weeks/months. Abrupt response to my request for change, blaming too many people asking for change. It is a carwash, people require change. Possibly a cultural customer service norm.

She was angry, the washroom has been out of order two weeks and I offered to fix it because I'm in maintenance I do this kind of thing every day and she started screaming at me. I'm thinking now maybe she was scared fear manifest in many ways

Business hours on their door say open at 6:00, yet 20 minutes later and they still weren't open. Also have a sign saying they won't sell smokes or vapes to non bc residents, haven't seen a single other gas station on the island say that and I have lived here for over a year.
