Their new lights to keep the homeless away or construction are so bright at night it shines through our blinds and black out curtains. Keeps us and our little one awake.
Really inconsiderate of all the residential buildings in this area.

I had previously reviewed this station and gave them 1 star but I deleted the review. The station owner and Shell corporate were responsive with my Air Miles concerns and my lost fuel cap. While I had to take time to voice my concerns to both of them, in the end, they "made it right" and I'm fully satisfied with the outcome. Bad experiences can happen but it's how a business responds to your concerns that shows their true colours. Thank you station owner for your excellent customer service.

Had a reservation for a uhaul to be picked up at 4:00 pm. When I arrived at 3:40, I was told I was too late as they closed at 4:00. This didn’t make any sense to me as I was early and had a confirmed reservation. Then they told me they had no trucks available. I could see several vans and even more trucks but they kept telling me there were none available. I showed him my reservation confirmation and he just kept telling me he had nothing for me. Very rude to deal with!!

The staff here are always so friendly, treating me like a homie while they actually pump my gas for me. I love that old school service and didn’t think it was around anymore but it’s nice and the people that work here keep me as a regular.

Showed up at 7:55 with my gas light on. (Apparently they close at 8) The guy turned me away because he had already started his paper work. What bad customer service.
