I travel quite a bit and have used laundromats all over BC and Alberta. This is in my top five.
It was very clean and not busy. Best of all not very expensive. $3 for a regular load and $5 for a big load. The dryers are .25 and work well.
Take the complaints with a grain of salt. The owners obviously take pride in their business.

There's a young white girl that works there her name is Kim I believe... Never answers the phone... When the elderly are trying desperately to find out if they have a certain product on the shelves... That might just save a life.... Kim should be reprimanded or fired... She lets her personal feelings interfere with her abilities to do her job

Dirty, very old machines, many washers and dryers with out of order signs. Out of 18 washers, 8 are out of order. Out of 9 dryers, 4 have little to no heat on high heat. I do not recommend.

Laundromat is decently clean and the convenience store will sell you single load packs for super cheap (like $1.50) they’ll even change your coins for you. Open late, great for a business traveller like me

Large sign posted for sale of snack item. Was over charged when I went in to correct my bill I was not given the sale price just a refund. Then when I wanted to calmly explain myself the sales clerk refused to listen let alone honour the sale price. On top of that a rude customer started to stick his nose into the calm discussion berating me. I guess he is a regular who buys coffee their. I left and reported to SHELL customer service. I was not respected by customer service and they came back to me saying I would not accept what the clerk told me and I was using profanity. Absolutely 100 percent a lie. I was calm and only wanted to explain the policy if a sale price is listed they should honour it. I was upset that over such a trivia item I was made to feel my business did not matter even after I have been going there for over twenty years. Customer Service supports the store owner and not the customer. Sad that our society in several businesses is only about profit and does not honour their loyal customers. I will not buy my gas there moving forward.
