Staff isnt helpful in the least. The self check out machines glitch all the time and staff will,stand there talking to their friends or smirking at you as you struggle. I left for the 6th time without my purchase because no one is at the till and the worker near by was chatting with a friend. I waited for 10 minutes got no help and left. I give up on shoppers ill go to comox pharmacy across the street or brave the bridge to Walmart moving forward

Shoppers main function was as a pharmacy at one time but have now become very diversified selling a wide range of products while letting the pharmacy end of the business slide ..the automatic renewal system continually alerts me for medications that are the wrong ones and twice have been informed that I will need renewals for certain medications and when I contacted my GP I was informed the renewals had been sent days earlier. today I found out that Sam Bell was let go which I find hard to believe..I have been on multiple meds for over 30 years and have never met a more caring and people positive pharmacist than Sam.. as a senior I find it comforting that the pharmacist knows me and can make the whole pharmacy experience positive ..whats next,,let marcy go and have your customers feel like we see new people every time we come in....probably a financial decision but maybe not

The appointment was quick and easy to schedule , my appointment was for 2 pm and the doctor called me at 1:55
I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes and had my prescription sent to my local Shoppers Drug mart in comox, myself and my husband do not have doctors so this is a much needed service. I’m sure I will use again.😀

The park is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of green areas for picnics and walking trails. There’s a playground for kids and benches for relaxing. It’s peaceful even on weekends and perfect for a quiet stroll.

Very grateful for this pharmacy. On two separate occasions, I received my post-operative medications only after surgery, and the team was extremely kind and efficient at getting the medications filled in a timely manner. Today, I believe it was Nancy who assisted me (very lovely lady) - thank you!
