I am often motivated to come here because incentivized sales are delivered straight to my email. If I am going to be in the area, I might go in anyway, but this is a great stop to make when there is a deal on butter or cream, vitamins, hair care products or makeup. This is also my regular stop for tissue, And they are one of the only places that carries the infused tissues which are kinder to your nose during flu season!

My first booked appointment I missed because of a phone answering mishap, I wish that Doctor would have tried once more. However after waiting for that appointment to cancel I was allowed to rebook and that call was answered and I would give it a 5 star. However too late for the pharmacy so I waited until the next day. Still much better than a visit to a walk in or emergency at the hospital.

Useless Pharmacy staff. Can never my my full prescriptions and have to go back days later every time. Never have my prescriptions done even after emails. Cannot get an emergency prescription without a DR, specifically writing out in large letters..she could lose her eye if you dont prescribe immediately. Even then a wait to get it. They stand around without a clue and have no interest in watching a line up. Would not trust them to work at Mc Donalds.

Watch your receipt this Shoppers has no problem charging full price when items are on Sale! Absolutely terrible service at this Shoppers to top it off. I tried buying an item that was on sale. I tried self check out but the item wasn’t registering the sale price. The cashier looked into it and said she doesn’t think the sale has started. I pointed out that they have the sale price on their shelves. I asked them to honour the price they have on their own shelves and they called on a poor excuse of an employee who barely acknowledged my questions and chose to go into the corner and look at the cash register screen while I was trying to talk to him. Brad was dismissive of the situation and told me to stand and wait for the sale to start. He mentioned it should be only be a few minutes, but I overheard him say to another employee it might not be until 10pm. Brad admitted the item was on sale according to their price tag but refused to match the price that they had listed. Instead he suggested I wait, which could have been just shy of 4 hrs. I left the items and I won’t shop here again! An honest and reputable company would honour the prices that they have listed in their own store!

Pharmacy staff was super short and rude to me for no reason. Even after that, I still ended with a "have a nice day" and they just hung up on me.
Not sure why, as I literally just called to ask about a refill, was told to contact my doctor- I immediately agreed, didn't argue or anything.
I can only imagine she was personally having a bad day, but still not an excuse. Get your emotions in check at work.
