I've always had a great experience here ! So much selection, too . The staff are super helpful & pleasant to deal with . I also had a reading with Karen-Marie whom is absolutely fabulous! She is an amazing reader and a lovely, honest & kind person. Highly recommended !

I stopped in yesterday, May 25th & was warmly greeted by the owner, I assume, however the other lady with whom she was conversing with. Gave me eerie vibes, I believe she was doing readings. When I asked if it was OK the walk past her to look at more she told me exactly where and where not to go as if I were a child! I reached out very gently to feel the coating on the outside of these lovely singing bowls and quite rudely she snapped at me," no, don't do that!" I didn't know what I did wrong. I asked and was told that everyone hammers on them. I told her that's not what I was doing. She then dismissed me with a wave of her hand. I asked what they were made of and was nicely answered by the owner(?) Their conversation was all about the card reader and her family issues, I gathered and mentioned something that would be worth ready for those who do not have training in that field. The owner thanked me while the other said she had "tried all that stuff." I had enough of her bad attitude and promptly left empty handed. Whenever we visit, I always stop in to buy something, not anymore!

The most professional crystal and metaphysics shop in town hands down with a super friendly atmosphere as well as excellent customer service, they even gave me a free 20$ Egyptian bag for my crystals after a problem with the tag on it appeared, they have a large variety of items anyone could want or need, not to mention it smells great in there from the wonderful incense they carry haha. 10/10 on my list for shops like these, you need to check them out ASAP....

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. We were visiting from out of town and me being obsessed with crystals I was looking to purchase a few things. My fiancé and cousin came in with me. Him being a huge sports fan noticed that there was jerseys hanging towards the back where the tarot cards are out in plain view him thinking it’s a part of the store and he wanted to purchase one as it was a rare jersey. I overheard one of the ladies working say “he looks shady watch him” and she proceeded to run over to his location and to tell him it’s common sense to know that these items were out of bounds and not for sale. He commented back actually no it’s visible to the eye and there is no barrier or sign stating otherwise. The worker clapped back with no it is common sense and they’re not for sale open your eyes. Instead of her saying I’m sorry they’re not for sale she took the rude route and judged him based on his appearance. He looked scruffy yes he just worked 21 days in a row and was on vacation with his family forgive him for having a beard. But there was no reason for anyone working in that store to be blatantly disrespectful and rude. To add we didn’t get any sort of customer service we’re we’re in there for about 7 min prior to the rudeness and not once did we receive a hello or anything particular your looking for. The second two other people walked in they got a hello how are you etc etc. I would have loved to purchase a few bigger items from this store as they were stunning but the second your staff is disrespectful towards anyone in the store I won’t support you. No one deserves that. Do better.
