If i could rate based on customer service and experience, I would give 5 stars.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
The orders arrive when stated, and adjustments are provided at pickup with the promise of any additional.
The variety of frames and lens add-ons are many.
They re-make your glasses once if you are not happy with them. It's a great bonus!
Now, the glasses - they are fine. I emphasize this, not in an unkind way, but you get what you pay for. You get 2 pairs of decent glasses, at an inexpensive price tag. They are nothing special, and if you have a particular high or complex prescription it may be worth spending the extra. It's a noticeable difference from high quality lenses though, the vision is clear enough, but they always feel "just off", even when the prescription is correct.
The lenses are okay, they are fairly clear. But if you are coming from high quality lenses to these, you may struggle.
No slight to the company, the employees are lovely, the quality is what you are paying for. They offer a service that the marketplace desperately needs - affordable options.
Even in my low, single vision prescription, they feel like they could be clearer, sharper, better.
The anti-smudge is low quality, I find I need to clean my lenses multiple times per day.
They are just, fine. Not great, not awful. Just fine.
If you're not in a position to pay for higher quality, these are a fine option.

Best eyeglass purchasing experience I've ever had. The price was super affordable, the glasses fit and look perfect and when I picked them up they gave me a $50 gift certificate to use before the end of the year. Top notch customer service, I will be back and highly recommend

The team at specsavers are so kind and helpful. The cost was lower then the ones online and way lower then any other place I went to. And this was for the high end lenses.
To top all that off if you are over 65 they give an extra discount on lenses and the eye exams are free.

I am new to Campbell River and I suffered from ocular migraines and glaucoma, and require a referral to see an ophthalmologist. Specsavers in Driftwood Mall was aware of the urgency in this matter, I found the technicians, to be courteous, friendly, and open to my needs. Dr Scholfield explained my condition and has reasured me that I am on the waiting list to see the ophthalmologist . I appreciated, his candour and kindness. I would highly recommend Specsavers in the Driftwood Mall to all of my friends.
