It's rare that someone's customer service is so good that I would actually consider driving 45 minutes away to their store. In this case, they were out of what I needed so I didn't. That's why the 4 instead of 5 stars because I wasn't actually in store.
But I want to give a big shout out to Daniel who's customer service was exemplary. He was patient He was patient, really knew his stock, had great tips and advice and even gave me good references for other places to try because they were out of what I was looking for. The next time they have it in stock I will probably do the drive because that's the power of quality customer service. Something which is unfortunately lacking in many stores today.

Ryder in the shoe department was amazing. Super awesome experience! Soooo knowledgeable and personable. He's good at what he does. I honestly don't think I've ever felt so comfortable with a sales associate before!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Gordie today who helped me fit a helmet and cage that has been giving me grief. He was beyond helpful, kind and I am so grateful for people like him who still genuinely care about creating a positive customer experience. Thank you!
