I bought a headset for the wrong console I came back within the hour and they wouldn’t refund or exchange because it was “opened” I think that’s a terrible rule. If the headset was broken how would I know without opening it thanks staples Powell river for taking $200

I found one of the girls very rude and not helpful at all. If I could give this store no stores or a negative I would. She refused to help me while other employees helped other customers and then evidently helped me. My thoughts go to London Drugs or order online. Not going to spend my money in here.

I had to pay $80 for a small amount of scanning. Two years ago, when I moved to Europe, I went into the Maple Ridge store and had a stack of dox scanned to the tune of about $30. This time I didn't ask for price and NOTHING is posted on a wall. I would have done them myself had I known and I think staff should have told me it was 1.10 per sheet. A rididulous amount for a machine autopulling dox into its feeder. I will never shop at Staples again and only return to Westwood Printing which has reasonable prices. Your staff member was very apologetic and even agreed with me. His service was not lacking.
Wow, I just realized the NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS on this store. Can't be coincidence, although I realize pricing isn't set at store level.
