One woman there is extremely rude and clearly shouldn’t be working with people. (Short dark hair probably 50) I took my disabled sister to look at the Boxing Day sale (she has a slurred but excited speech and struggles with things like math and was dressed down where as I was dressed up). We have gone to this store plenty of times over the years. She asked one woman how much an item would be discounted and the woman huffed as if it was a massive inconvenience and ran to the front and then came back and told her. She stated everything was 40% off and my sister said okay and asked if she could do the math for her please. The woman stated madly “no, I’m not going to do that every time, it’s 40% off ” my sister asked if she could just take it to the register and the woman said she needed to watch her drink. My interactions with an Australian blonde associate were completely different, she was helpful and kind when I asked identical questions and also had a Starbucks drink with me. My sister and me left without purchasing anything due to how rude that woman was. My sister was definitely profiled. I’m disgusted that a woman like that interacted with my sister.

Best staff, so helpful. The shop is beautiful and Sarah definitely picks the most gorgeous cloths. You can’t leave with buying something:)

My absolute favourite place to shop in the Comox valley! Love their selection - from Free People to Agolde denim, to their beautiful leather footwear! Honestly, you don't need other shops!! Bonus points for their outstanding customer support as well! I know I can always rely on their straightforward opinion when it comes to fit etc. The staff and the owners really care for their customers! Sarah was even able to help me with a manufacturer recall! You guys are amazing! Please open a location in Victoria!

Walked in with my mom and baby
Looking for 3 dresses for my bridesmaids for a wine tasting, i smiled and said hello.
Not a hello or hi just blank stares.
We felt so unwelcomed we just left.
Will not be referring this place or going back!
