Dr. Cockwill basically saved my quality of life. I had seen physio, other chiro, massage, but after a handful of treatments and a thorough assessment, I can now live without chronic neck pain and headaches. I have received treatment for chronic back pain ,caused by a teenage back injury. I have received relief by receiving adjustments to maintain and restore alignment. I am presently away from Courtenay and have been in a situation where I have been experiencing discomfort. I have found it very difficult to find practitioners who use the subtle type of spinal correction that is used at Straight Spine. This experience has made it more clear that we are very fortunate to have the skilled practitioners at Straight Spine in Courtenay. I highly recommend Straight Spine Chiropractic to any one who is having pain ,or who wants to find a treatment for discomfort that is more gentle than many other chiropractic services provide.

Rick and I go back thirty plus years. He has rescued me off the floor when I simply couldn't move. As an ECE, I have small humans routinely jumping on me unannounced. Rick and Kyle make it possible for me to continue to do my job after all of these years. Yay Straight Spine!

very rude and disrespectful denied service while i am unable to breath from back pains. Booking is way to late for serious issues. Cant even get help from them. Didnt even get offer a consultation or anything just got told not there issue. 0/5 stars
