Don't let the building put you off. Once inside, the room is warm and welcoming. Stephanie is very professional and in tune with your needs. I had a very relaxing massage and felt fantastic when I left. The cost was very reasonable, so I can treat myself whenever I feel I need pampering. I'm going to try the facial next time. Would totally recommend Sudhana's Healing Solutions.

Wow. Yesterday I came in very stressed and it was hard to relax. Even my jaw kept clenching. From the very beginning of the treatment the 'stress' started melting away. By the end I felt lighter than I have in ages! Stephanie is extremely intuitive, empathic and knowledgeable. I knew immediately that she is a gentle healer. Today I feel like there is NOTHING I must do, except continue to do what feels good to me.. and with her advice of allowing more rest I now feel that I am on a wonderful path for my mind, body and spirit. Thank you Stephanie! I look forward to see you again!
