I cannot stress how much I recommend this sushi restaurant. The food tasted so fresh, the ambiance was amazing, and the service was so good that it seemed like our server was reading our minds. This is one of those restaurants that you always remember.

Ok, I've had a lot of sushi and this was amazing. 5 of us went and ordered a variety from sashimi to the spicy dragon (I think that's what it was called)
My 15 year old daughter tried a seaweed salad which was her fav thing, right close behind was the tuna sashimi which melted in your mouth.
It was great service and wonderful tasting food. I recommend this place if you can get to it. Make a reservation and come ready to eat!
Only thing I'd say is the table got crowded with plates but it was well worth it.

Sushi Wara is my go-to destination in Comox and my favourite sushi restaurant on the whole island. Their rolls are incredible (you should definitely try the black rice option on some of them), service is fast, staff is friendly and attentive. Dine in if you can, the place is great.

We go here a lot, it has become a family favorite for us! When you eat-in the food is fast and fresh, ordering to go sometimes takes a little longer but is still just as good. Family friendly and large menu where anyone can find something they like to eat!

Ive been rolling with Sushi Wara since 2018 & they’ve never let me down. Consistency, freshness, authentic Japanese cusie. Always on point.
Whether it’s dine‑in or take‑out, Sushi Wara stays at the top of the Comox Valley food chain - fresh, flawless, and totally addictive!
