Terrible service at this insurance location. I emailed to voice my concerns prior to posting a negative review and have not received even an email response. Male employee who is known to give terrible service made my whole family angry with his behavior. He was rude to my family and his co-worker and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience for him. We will NEVER use this insurance company again. Do better Sussex Insurance

I tried to get a vehicle transferred and was told they wouldn't do it because ICBC doesn't accept docusign signatures which is absolutely not the case. Anyway, I immediatly went elsewhere and got the registration transferred without issue. This is multiple times I've had either rude interactions or incompetent service from sussex. Never again...

I went here to insure my first car. I understand that people have bad days but the older woman serving me spoke so meanly in her tone because I missed one little part on the registration form, and didn’t tell me where I should fill it in. Being taken aback by the tone, I politely told her that I was sorry but I’m going to go register it somewhere else. She responded with “good.” It was saddening because I’ve previously spoken to other employees there when I’ve gone in to ask questions, and they were all so helpful and kind. I do feel bad leaving one star because all the other employees have been great but I won’t support a place that lets that form of behaviour slip through.
