Went in there last Monday and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the older lady with grey hair. She was rude, argumentative and incompetent. She kept going on about the rules and why she can't do my transaction, but in reality she was completely wrong. I felt if she lacked the competence to do my transaction she could have reached out to a supervisor for help, or even could have called BEU. Instead she let her pride and ego in the way. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and as I thought she was completely wrong. The other insurance office had no problem doing my transaction. I even phone ICBC and they said she was wrong. It would be nice if Nash if would hire staff at this location that were customers service oriented and have the competence to do insurance. If they don't know what they are doing, instead of lashing out at the customer, try to help the customer. I will never return to this location.

Trash customer service. They are giving out wrong information about what insurance to have so I could have ended up with a $5000 fine. Also had massive issues trying to correct the taxes charged on a vehicle and the same older woman continually screwing up, giving wrong papers etc, especially when there is a time limit to get it done. Constant issues the last few visits. Done with Sussex.

OHonestly the Best experience I’ve ever had renewing my insurance. They worked efficient and had great collaboration, while keeping the customer service aspect to the highest degree. I felt heard and understood while voicing my concerns and objectives for what I needed. They found the perfect insurance for my situation and I left extremely happy from the superb customer service experience I received.
I’m very glad I came there on Sunday and worked with Maria and her colleague.

They have helped me with insurance several times. They never call back when they say they will after harassing you to renew. Then they never apologize for their mistakes just blame computers. One of the guys is like speaking to a robot, he hates his job clearly and couldn't care less about the customer. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Do not come here unless you are renewing insurance. No one behind that counter knows how to do anything properly if it's something different than renewing. Went in 5 different times and got sent away saying I needed to have the proper forms when every single time I would ask is this all I need when they barley know themselves. Long story short dealing with these people are hell go to BCAA
