Nicest financial institution I have ever been in, from the decor to the people. We met with Satinder Dhillon and she was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone in the branch was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Some people complain about service quality when they should look at themselves and their actions. You can receive good or bad service from most providers based on your personal approach. You need to remember that you are just dealing with people. Human beings.
I have been with TD for more than 50 years and had four mortgages from them without a single episode. The branch I now deal with is the best one yet…! Try being nice for a change and see if that makes a difference.

We were in the midst of a real estate transaction and had an issue arise with an old TD mortgage on file. After the file got transferred over to this branch of TD, Michelle Cawley stepped in and up to the level we have never seen. Although we are not TD customers, her level of commitment to customer service went beyond and we would highly recommend this branch.

Looks like you are only important here if you have a mortgage at the branch. I am getting the total run around with staff trying to get a Release of Interest letter after closing out my mortgage. Also, I was penalized for closing my mortgage out early even though my yearly allowable lump sum down payment amount was more than what was left on the entire mortgage.
