Had a good experience at the Brick today. I had a credit because I didn't use my 5 year insurance so got $500 back to spend at the Brick. I bought a bed on sale for 60% off with a cover. Served by Brenda who was efficient and very friendly, and I was in and out in 10 mins! yay!

The Brick Courtenay. Wonderful experience. Brenda was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, even as she went from customer to customer. She was on her own and the smile stayed. Lovely to have this awesome customer service. Thank you.

I haven’t received the fridge yet, but the buying process has been smooth so far. Ordering was easy, and the seller provided clear communication and updates. Looking forward to seeing how it performs once it arrives — hoping it lives up to expectations!

The 2seat sofa looks nice but legs require specific drill bit no warning or directions provided by store. Phoned store and asked about it and reply was “eye it up” and take a good shot at it” meaning the legs. Screw extra deep and no predrilled site or indicators for placement . I said this to the sales rep and noted then why have a store if this was customer service. The rep hung up on me….. hopefully the sofa and legs work out.
