When I started sorting through real estate estate agents here in the valley, I put out feelers to a handful of agents, stating clearly we were wanting someone “On the ball, with their finger in the pulse”. We were expecting someone with quick responses and were willing to put in the effort for us.
Kelsey called me less than 5 minutes later and we were an instant team. She was our gal! And coming from the mainland where real estate is done SO differently, she was there to guide and explain every step of the way.
Even though our journey was long and had its twists and turns, because she helped us figure out what we wanted and needed in a home, we ended up with a home perfect for our family, perfect for our budget, and she was 100% on it every step of the way.

We had a listening on Mt Washington which is usually a hard sale. But Bryce knew exactly how to market it and got us exactly what we were hoping for and some on our investment. He had it sold in two weeks! We are so thankful for all his hard work and care he put into our listing. We will defiantly use Bryce again :)
