Monica in the paint department. This lady is remarkable, I had no idea what type of product I was looking for, but she provided expert advice. Between the coverage as well as lasting and stick ability. And the amazing colour matching. Thankfully, she suggested I get a piece of my house roofing. As I had no idea they had the equipment to match their product to my roofing perfectly. I am unable to fully articulate my appreciation for her knowledge.

Acting manager Matt, very aggressive, rude and dishonest. Everyone else I dealt with in the store were professional and helpful. But Matt went out of his way to be the way I described. Never have I experienced anyone like Matt in a business before. I'd guess by the way he acted towards me that I'm not the only one that has had issues from him.
The one star is 5 stars for the other staff that made up for him.
Negative 5 stars for Matt.

I was at Home Depot yesterday and I had to ask 3 employees for help in aisle 33 (storage) to help us cut wire shelving to the proper size. After waiting a good 20+ minutes we left.
Terrible customer service after an employee said “sorry we dropped the ball”. Sends someone in aisle 33, and then the employee says “I’ll be right back”. We waited ANOTHER 5 minutes then left. What a joke.

Markus is amazing at Pro desk. I was there to order material for roofing project. He is very knowledgeable and provide great advise when, I was mentioned about the project. I would definitely go back for future project.

Crazy how many times they don't have what I need. Then they tell you that what you need is online. Then why have such a large store? It was more useful to have trees cleaning the air than a huge store that doesn't even have what I need, so many times. At least they have bathrooms LOL
