Repeatedly disappointing and rude service. I get over 15k worth of prescriptions a year, so I'm in at least once a week. Since hiring new staff, the reception staff is rude. For the last 5 times I've gone in they said they never received the fax from my drs office, which is obviously not true. There's a time limit to fill my prescription & I've had to go back to the drs office now twice to get my prescription again due to incompetence. Said they would call the dr for refills and then didn't & didn't let me know over a long weekend. Wouldn't matter that much except I had to go to the hospital to get my meds. Incompetent, rude & condecendibg attitude, gets a 1 star review. I used to rave about this pharmacy until the last few months & now I'll likely switch.

My doctor’s office failed to send my prescription multiple times and I truly felt they were genuinely doing everything they could to get it. The two that helped me most were so kind and I truly appreciate all they did to help me through the multi hour endeavour that was chasing down this prescription. They treated me not as a customer wanting a product, but understanding this is a medication I require and was now out of, as well as my frustration with my doctor.
And when it was all over and I finally was able to get it, they apologized like it was all their fault? I said I was well aware it was all on my doctor and her office and they were okay taking the blame anyways! They didn’t give up and say they couldn’t help me and to call my doctor myself (I had tried), but repeatedly contacted the office and kept me updated until they had it ready for me.
Edit: I believe their names were Mike and Brooke!
This place has always had pretty decent service but this time around was worthy of a paragraph 5 star review. Well done and i sincerely thank you guys for your hard work.

Staff are really good they have your prescriptions ready for you. Its a small size but carries the items you need.
