Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this pharmacy. While the pharmacist, Stephanie, was laughing and joking with her colleagues, her demeanor completely changed when I approached her for help. She was cold, apathetic, and spoke to me with a dismissive attitude, despite the fact that I was clearly in pain and trying to explain my health situation. As a healthcare worker, she showed a complete lack of empathy. I will not be returning to this location.
