I had fantastic service. Tower custom built two gates for me. An 8ft and a 4ft. They delivered and installed and a very good price. It was a relatively small job yet the treated me like I was a big customer. I have a bigger project coming up. And I will not shop around. They get the work.

Dave and his team were top notch! We moved from out of province into a new build in Courtenay. Dave worked closely with me (remotely) to help get our design just right. Their price was extremely reasonable. They were able to schedule our fence buildout into their busy summer schedule which was amazing! The crew who did the work were amazing people who were personable and professional. They worked tirelessly to ensure the fence was perfect, not only in terms of what I was looking for, but perfect in terms of work they would be proud of that will last. They even handled a last minute design change which really made the fence all that much more beautiful. Can’t thank them enough. 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing a fence.

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job at at great price. We had a long handrail installed outdoors to an existing fence at my parents home. They were very accommodating and took care of everything in a professional and timely manner.

Very poor customer service. Gave the go ahead and waited 2 months for a start date... nothing, finally cancelled and went with another company. Rude and obnoxious on the phone and emails locally. Had Tower do a half acre years ago and was very good work and service, why I called them this time. Won't make that mistake again. Don't recommend them for anyone, can't give less than 1 star, so that is what they get.
