Rooms were clean enough. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was great. Stayed for 4 nights and always had garbages emptied and fresh toiletries every day. Carpets are outdated but satisfactory. Shower grout looked aged and dirty. Air conditioner worked great, but vents were filthy. Took them off myself and cleaned them before using it. All in all not too bad for a budget Inn. Was very disapointed with the laundry room not in working order but was walking distance to a coin laundry mat. Would recommend if someone is looking for a place to stay on a budget.

The property was poorly maintained and we had very limited room service.
- There is rats around the property because there is tons of garbage laying around.
- The monthly residents smoke and leave their beer cans outside of their room. Our “non smoking room” smelled of cigarettes.
- there were homeless people living in the garbage dumpster area and h see the outside stairs. We had thought one was overdosing and had to call the police to help him. The police came and didn’t do anything because it was not the property that called them.
- we had to ask for dish soap, and we were sent into the employee only kitchen, where they make breakfast, and it was filthy. No exaggeration or even trying to impose high standards here.
- our room has no service. We had to call for towels, ask for garbage and recycling to be picked up. We asked for a sheet set for the pull out couch and were told that they were sold out on sheets.
The rooms were dirty. We found a dog biscuit beside the couch, our friend found a hair tie on her nightstand and a carpet beetle on her bed. The window sills has dead bugs in addition to mold. There was granules of sugar on the counter the afternoon of our check in.
One of the other guests saw one of the employees who were folding clean towels, the towels fell to the ground (while in the delivery cart). She picked
Them up , wipes
Off the dirt and put them back on the cart.
The check in staff was great. She was very friendly. It does not make up for any of the other issues though. The pool area was filled with cigarette butts even though it is supposed to be a non smoking room.
I would never recommend this hotel unless huge improvements and changes were made.

Check in was easy and staff were nice but from there it went downhill. Way over priced for a hotel that reeked of cigarette smoke and had damp carpets. I had to go purchase air freshener just to be able to sleep. My throat was sore by morning.
On top of it all they charged me twice - they said one was a deposit and was credited back but it hasn’t been. I’ve never had a hotel take this long to return a room deposit to my credit card.
For $189 I expected better!

I need to get in the hotel business! Charge $200+ a night for a rundown dump with homeless welfare housing included!
Some of the highlights noted below.
-Poorly renovated rooms that have looked to be repaired by the lowest bidder (not so)handyman. Were even too cheap to get new tubs and poorly recoated the old ones.
-Room stinks like old people smell. Hard to describe but very off-putting.
-like noted before... homeless people live in these units too!
Definitely the worst motel I've stayed in before. Do not recommend.

Location is awesome indeed. The rooms are well equipped however a little bit old (Matches the price anyway). Parking is easy to find and quite at night and you can get a good sleep. Maybe they could invest a little bit in soft skills with their employees(Nothing was rude, just a field of improvement)
