If you are looking for a real estate agent then I highly recommend Ty. Not only is he professional and hardworking but he is very personable and easy to communicate with. What else is refreshing about Ty is hands on approach. Often you meet a realtor and then get handed off and deal mostly with their assistant, but not with Ty. He is with you every step of the way and truly makes it a pleasurable experience. Above and beyond with marketing and extremely involved the process the whole time. To say that Ty went above and beyond for the sale of my house is a huge understatement. We ran into a very difficult situation and Ty was knowledgeable about the legal process we should follow and then rolled up his sleeve on the ground to ensure of the sale was completed. Ty is communicative, reliable, and knows his stuff. From the first day we met him he kept in constant communication and always had a solution and plan before a problem even presented itself. I will be telling every person I know on the island to seek out Ty as a realtor as he is worth every penny and a lot more. Ty is dedicated, professional, enthusiastic and goes WAY beyond any other realtor I have ever worked with.
We sold our house and at the last minute encountered some issues that could of potentially stalled or derailed the sale of the house. Ty is 'realtor legend' status in my books- professional, knows what he's talking about, isn't afraid to get dirty, and wants you to buy the house that's perfect for you. Having an agent that isn't pressuring you into a huge life investment is crucial in this day&age and Ty made sure we were comfortable, satisfied & stoked with our purchase.
