I had a dental emergency right before the holiday break started. Dr. Burrows and the staff at Uptown were kind enough to sneak me in for a last second appointment to get a prescription that got me through the holidays.
After the new year I returned to the office and had dental surgery on the problem tooth. The staff were all very kind and Dr. Burrows was very professional and was willing to entertain all my questions so I understood exactly what was happening.
The price for both visits was more than fair. I plan to get all of my future work done through Uptown.

From Susie on the front desk, always happy , cheerful and friendly as well as the other front end ladies , Dr.Tom the dentist is very upbeat, explains everything thoroughly! This has been my dental clinic for 30 years and I will continue to be a client .

Dr.Burrows is the most caring and empathetic dentist I've seen in an incredibly long time - he is SO patient with my daughter .. taking the time to explain what the tools do, and even doing breath work with her to ease her anxiety prior to freezing. Multiple times we have left our appointments with her EXCITED to come back - she even made a little song about how much she loves him because he makes her feel safe😊
Deb his assistant is also a lovely lady! So fun and kind. I have got to say I feel incredibly grateful my daughter doesn't have the negative experiences I did with the dentist!
10/10 highly recommend Uptown Dental !

It’s been years since I went to the dentist and the entire staff made me feel comfortable. So friendly, personal and professional. I never have a feeling they are rushing me through and they always take the time to explain exactly what is happening or needed.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dentist with that personal touch.
