Cute store and I love their stuff, however their customer service sucks. I tried returning a gifted ring in the box never worn and was told they wouldn't take it as it was tarnished. I never wore it and it still had the tag on?

Customer service is non existent.
I went in today, about 30 minutes after they opened. All the girls (Maybe 5 of them?) were too busy behind the counter chatting and giggling to greet a potential customer coming through the door. After browsing for 5-10 minutes looking for a particular item and not being able to find it i walked out. There was not a single person there that asked if i needed help finding anything…

It’s full of a lot of incredible items and the stationary section is a dream. I thought it was a cool little niche shop we discovered since moving to the valley over a year ago. However, there is a lack of customer service which is disheartening and disappointing as someone who has worked in the field. Out of the handful of times I’ve shopped and purchased, the staff was all huddled behind the counter, loudly talking amongst themselves. Any customer inquiring about something was treated as an inconvenience. And most staff members were indifferent, even when checking out. I’m empathetic to people in retail having had to endure it for nearly a decade of my life and I genuinely hate people and interactions on that scale but I was also paid to pretend it was tolerable And honestly, if they’re not being paid adequately enough to care about their job then I will take everything back because that’s also not fair. So, In summation; cool store, bad service, but if the pay is reflecting bad service then that should change
