The weather turned warmer right after purchasing the car and we realized the AC wasn’t working as promised. Thank you, Alex and Mike who were both very responsive to addressing this issue and to Sean in Service for getting the Mini in ASAP and recharging the system with refrigerant. So appreciated. We love this little car!

She made for great and knowledgeable company during the test drive, and was so much fun to kill time with while we waited for financing to come through. Auston PRIDGE was wonderful to deal with as he was not at all pushy in trying to sell us a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and eagerly helped us set everything up between the Navigation System and our cellphones which was very helpful. I would highly recommend him, as well as the rest of the staff and management at Courtenay Mazda.

I have never been a big fan of sitting idle in a dealership as they are busing shuffling paper and doing what they need to do. However this time it was almost enjoyable. I sat and chatted with Erin both days and it sure made the time move fast. Thanks so much Erin.
