My older dell desktop was not working. I took it to Scott and he was able to solve and fix the problem. He only charged me for a new battery it needed and a half hour diagnostic service. I appreciate his honesty in not overcharging for things not necessary and he repaired it within a day. I would highly recommend him.

Exceptional service!! I highly recommend Vanisle IT. I'm an online therapist and student, so not having my computer can be a huge inconvenience. Despite being extremely busy he had my computer cleaned and serviced in a timely fashion. Was also helpful in giving me some tidbits of knowledge about the make and model of my computer.
