Theo and his team have been incredible. A very cost competitive, complete heat pump system change out - hassle free, and on time, both scheduling wise and installation time.
All of the install folks were very respectful during the install.
And… lots of follow up to make sure all is in order.

Been waiting over 4 months to address a warranted fix. They already confirmed that it is under warranty. They have a million of excuses just to avoid addressing the issue. The unit they installed in our complex is defective which caused multiple units to have the same/similar problem.
