I was in town to visit family and had an opportunity to browse the store. The selection is beyond compare and the staff are excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend getting frames from here. I plan to make the trip from Victoria again the next time I need frames. Worth the drive.

The whole team is absolutely amazing and go up and beyond to be so helpful. The attention to detail and explaining everything is top notch. I have never been so happy with purchasing a pair of glasses. Thank you all for making my experience so pleasant, especially Linda. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

My husband and I went in to browse new frames today for both of us. All the frames are much too flamboyant for the average individual and no variety, you get harassed until you accept assistance, and then belittled and condescended by ignorant staff who know absolutely nothing about lens terminology & information. My husband got treated absolutely horrible by one of the older female employees because my husband was fully versed in lens information due to his medical conditions, and she was completely condescending and ignorant due to her lack of information, and when my husband stated " you keep walking around what I'm saying and ignoring me", she stated "I'm sorry that you feel like I treated you that way." That response is one of the most condescending things you can say to someone. It completely ignores the person, lacks any accountability, and the brass tax...will cause 2 adults to go elsewhere to make any eyeglass purchases and exams, even though they live directly across the road. Considering we would grab glasses and exams every 2 years I would say that's a decent bit of change that this business definitely won't be getting anytime soon. Oh, and we will be sure to tell our friends ;)
