I have used Waypoint (Navacord) for all my insurance needs including our home condominium, a rental apartment and 2 vehicles.
I have been extremely happy with the professional advice and friendly atmosphere at Navacord, whether inquiring about coverage or just coming in to pay for services.
Of late, I had 2 separate home insurance related inquires that Ariana passed on to the appropriate person for an answer.
What impressed me most, was that when I went back to the office at a later date Ariana remembered me and asked about the service I received.
This personal touch made me feel like a valued customer.

Excellent service from Lori when I want in to renew. She mentioned a savings from having more than one insured with them. Went through all our vehicles and ended up saving about $450

I've been lucky enough to have Lori Moon help me with insuring my car twice now, and both times have been fantastic experiences. When I walked in today and saw she would be assisting me again, I felt so happy, remembering how great my last experience was. Lori greeted me like an old friend, and she was just as friendly, warm, and knowledgeable as before. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain everything clearly!
