Weed Man Lawn Care takes great care of my lawn. Everything is preset so i don’t have to arrange anything, they just arrive at my door and do a very good job with the upkeep of my lawn. The employees are polite and respectful. Two thumbs up!!

We are in the mid Vancouver Island area and have used Weedman for many years now. It has to be at least 10 years. The company finds very impressive people (usually younger college folks) to do the weed control and fertilizing of our yard(s). We did have some concerns about the telemarketing being a really hard sell but asked for that to discontinue and it has been much better. The relationship hasn't been perfect but we are very satisfied with how issues have been dealt with especially after speaking with the franchise owner. We have always done pay as you go which is a little more expensive (not discounted) but would address concerns for those paying in advance and not receiving the service they expect. You can also chose not to have your credit card information stored - which I also really appreciate as many companies don't give you that option. Weedman comes when they say they will, unless weather or other unforeseen issues come up. They give at least 24 hours warning that they are coming onto your property and also let you know the service they will provide for that day. People are impressed with our lawn. That is how Weedman got us as a customer. We admired someone elses lawn and asked how they did it. Weedman was their answer. And it has been our answer for the last many years too ;O) I rarely give reviews, but after 10 years of very good value and very satisfying responses from the franchise owner when issues have come up - this Weedman franchise and staff have earned a good review.

Weedman has created a hassle free low maintenance lawn for our family. I have to make mention to their new employee Dale that took time to explain fall and winter care of my lawn and when to aerate. He was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with great knowledge!!! I hope he continues with the company!!!

I’ve been dealing with Weed Man for a couple years now and I have met many of the technicians whom not only do I find to be very knowledgeable and experts in their field but very pleasant and polite to deal with. My lawn is finally beginning to look the way I want it and I would definitely recommend Weed Man for any of your future lawn care

Do you like paying someone to harass you with marketing calls and pushy salesmen offering entirely unncessary services? What about paying someone to do jobs as quickly as possible with no thought to quality? Or maybe you like customer service that's focused on making sure you know you had a terrible experience but there is "nothing we can do about it"? If so, Weedman is the company for you!! They managed to fertilize and plant grass in some bare areas of our lawn this spring and by fall only that grass had mostly withered and died off - some of it lived, but thankfully they came and made sure to rake that all out, gouging our lawn all over and destroying healthy grass in the process! Can't have that pesky work they did actually producing results. So despite their ongoing "care" and many service calls, half a year later our lawn is in worse shape. Oddly, many of our neighbors had warned us they were a terrible company and that we shouldn't use them. Unfortunately, we are busy professionals and made the mistake of thinking "how bad can it be?" after a door to door sales calll and we gave them a try. Well, we're now able to confidently admit our neighbors were right. It's just a pity you can't give 0 stars on Google reviews.
