Weed Man Lawn Care takes great care of my lawn. Everything is preset so i don’t have to arrange anything, they just arrive at my door and do a very good job with the upkeep of my lawn. The employees are polite and respectful. Two thumbs up!!

My lawn looks great the techs are alway friendly and helpful. People think I water all the time but I don’t thanks to tech telling me to use more of their devices which I do

Do you like paying someone to harass you with marketing calls and pushy salesmen offering entirely unncessary services? What about paying someone to do jobs as quickly as possible with no thought to quality? Or maybe you like customer service that's focused on making sure you know you had a terrible experience but there is "nothing we can do about it"? If so, Weedman is the company for you!! They managed to fertilize and plant grass in some bare areas of our lawn this spring and by fall only that grass had mostly withered and died off - some of it lived, but thankfully they came and made sure to rake that all out, gouging our lawn all over and destroying healthy grass in the process! Can't have that pesky work they did actually producing results. So despite their ongoing "care" and many service calls, half a year later our lawn is in worse shape. Oddly, many of our neighbors had warned us they were a terrible company and that we shouldn't use them. Unfortunately, we are busy professionals and made the mistake of thinking "how bad can it be?" after a door to door sales calll and we gave them a try. Well, we're now able to confidently admit our neighbors were right. It's just a pity you can't give 0 stars on Google reviews.

This is our first year wth WeedMan and it seems to be working good. They are super fast. My lawn is looking great. Got no complaiint at all…….

I called back in May to ask about an assessment for a small part of my front yard that has weeds growing between stones. I was clear that my grass was fine and I didn’t want anything done to the grass. The sales rep I spoke to assured me I wouldn’t be charged for anything until after the assessment. She said she had to create a profile for me so that they could send someone out to do the assessment. I was assured nothing would be done until after the assessment.
I came home a week later to a weed man sign on my fence and my grass (which I didn’t want touched) covered in black stuff and fertilizer. They also attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars for this procedure of which I was clear I didn’t want done. I called customer service and was told that I would not be charged as this was a miscommunication. I considered this issue solved and moved on with my life.
I then started receiving emails and phone calls claiming my payments were past due. I just got off the phone with customer service about 20 minutes ago, where they agreed it was a miscommunication and I would not be charged full price, but they would like $58 anyways. I maintained that this was not something I should have to pay for and explained that this is a questionable business practice.
“If I show up to your house and change the oil in your car without permission then request $130 for it, are you going to just pay me for no reason?Probably not.” After hanging up, I immediately received an email stating they want $122 for this procedure I never wanted in the first place.
DO NOT USE WEEDMAN SERVICES. I had other people warn me about them and I didn’t listen. Don’t learn the hard way like I’ve had to.
