Love Wendy's. Bad experience. Wouldn't honor a coupon that was offered in their own app. A&W was less expensive and had better food. No more business for Wendy's Courtenay.

Absolutely filthy. I was the only one sitting in the restaurant. Double JBC .....no cheese. Tables dirty, floors dirty, garbage overflowing, out most flavours of pop. Didn't get a picture if the empty napkin dispensers, had to ask for napkins.

I had lot of bad experience with this store but i m usually not complaining about someone’s work bcz i m also working in food industry nd understand how its hard in busy time but today i had Ridiculous experience with them i was there for pickup DoorDash order in afternoon i was the only person who was waiting for order nd they took 13 mins for that and in evng i went again for DoorDash order nd there was no one waiting for order nd even no one at drive through but they didn’t gave me order for 12 mins aftr wait doordash unassigned my order i wasted my 15 mins for nothing and the ladies r busy in their chit chat at drive through and don’t even care someone waiting

Great store with very helpful staff. Lots of free parking even for our motor home. Food came fast and the order was correct. We had the backennator with fries. And a black cherry frosty. All food was delicious and really enjoyed the frosty. Prices are what to be expected these days for fast food. Its not cheap anymore

Young lady at the till clearly did not want to be there. Didn’t really speak and was a bit rude to us and my toddler. I’ve heard from others that some workers there are excellent. Bummed that I got this specific lady.
