This airline constantly changes there schedule so that every time you book with the something that works for you, they then change your flight to something that doesn't work or is at the least very inconvenient. They give you the option to cancel of course but don't refund your money, they put it in a travel back which forces you to use them again to use the funds. Impossible to phone anyone to complain. I requested a call back but they never called. I can't even find a phone number on their website anymore. Guess it's back to Air Canada. Good going Westjet!

It seems like there are fewer shipping options for birds into my local airports. We tried to get shipments into the local airports for a couple week period with no luck. Had a shipment booked for an airport a couple hours away. WestJet let us book the shipment but they didn't realize that that warehouse was closed for the day of shipment and then cancelled a day before. All is all we tried to ship birds for a couple weeks through WestJet and are now giving up. I wish there were other options.

Been a loyal customer with westjet flying every ten days back and forth for the past 4 years and have noticed a serious decline in customer service. Gold member status means absolutely nothing, when dealing with westjet if you have an issue with your flight. Fed up with their poor service and their loopholes to screw over their customers. Will take my business to Air Canada from now on.
