Drove into the lot this morning with my wife with the intent to look at F-150s and consider buying. A staffer was in a Bronco Sport outside and layed on the horn several times and yelled at us to go the other way. He didn’t exit the vehicle to talk to us, just acted like a bad case of road rage.
So I followed his direction back out of the lot and up the highway to Campbell River. Purchased and drove home today a new F-150. Steve Marshall Ford won our business today. We were treated very well in Campbell River.
Westview lost a serious buyer this morning.

I’ve purchased two brand new Ford vehicles in the past two years, one from Westview and one from a different dealership due to stock availability. Overall no major concerns with the sales process but I have had continuous problems with the parts/service department. I have exchanged several emails with Jody to explain my concerns and allow them to offer explanations. My concerns were either misunderstood or disregarded, no explanation was offered except blaming their own staff. Your staff is only as good as the management who train them, schedule them and the expectations placed on them. Management fail.

Sales team here is great. Service however....
Over the years I've had so many disappointing experiences including showing up for booked appointments only to find out the required parts had not arrived (or the wrong parts had arrived).
More recently I waited a month for a service appointment only to be told the day before that their technician had decided to take a day off so I would need to be rescheduled....another three weeks later!
Will be taking business elsewhere moving forward.

Took truck in for a total look over and had detailing done. The work was done very fast and the truck looked new again. The staff were really nice and helpful it was a good first time experience and will be back.
Purchased a new Ford Bronco Sport and we are happy with the whole experience. The staff are great and try to accommodate you in every way possible.

These guys are amazing, really not your typical car dealer vibe. They’re extremely personable, down to earth, and make sure you’re taken care of. Ron, the sales manager, let me take a Bronco out for a couple hours and it sold me on it on top of his knowledge of the vehicle. Ryan and Peter are helping me develop a solid game plan so I can get the vehicle of my dreams, and they were really helping me out with the low payments I’d be making!
