Best Car buying experience in the past 20 years. Came from Edmonton to buy Escape PHEV.
Ryan picked me from Airport and I started to drive from Dealership in about 30 min.
Some small issues:
1. Small difference in kms on the Escape PHEV advt and actual kms. It can be accurate .
2. Gas tank was not full when I took delivery. Filling won't be a big expense to dealership.
3. One of the plastic cover on cargo area to the left side of second row seat was uneven. It appears to have been opened for some reason and not closed properly. Attention to detail can improve.
Despite some issues I felt to have got the value for money.

Always a good experience here. My 2021 Ranger is in good hands. Lena, a service department trainee, did a great job. Prompt with the paperwork, offered coffee, and thoroughly explained what had been done. A real pleasure to deal with.

Went in to purchase a 70,000 vehicle and was greeted by a sales person. Never introduced himself or even asked our names. Probably the worst salesman ever. Ryan Grabowski I am glad I grabbed a business card so I could leave a review. Went to Steve Ford and spent our money. Steve Ford was amazing. Save yourself sometime and spend your money at Steve Ford. We did!

I tried to line up a purchase using Ford Credit and Ryan, the finance manager, was a god send. Ford Credit was screwing around, no timelines and seeming generally incompetent and Ryan completely stood up for me the customer, closing the deal and getting me out of the dealership before it closed that evening.
