I am done with this store. A month ago, I phoned and asked if they had GO Solutions salmon recipe with ancient grains CAT food in a 16 lb bag. I got told yes. I get to the store, only to find out that they have it in DOG food, but not CAT food. Pet food store that can’t tell the difference between cats and dogs?
Today, I phone and ask the same thing. I get told yes. I get there and they don’t have it. Telling me they have it in grain-free though. NOT what I asked for.
These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

I love Comox Woofy's. So helpful and pet friendly, and I love that every Wednesday is seniors' day for a discount.

Woofy's is a great pet store. Lots of good qualify foods and items at reasonable prices. They also have a feed program (buy x amount of bags to get one free) and a woofy's card that they tick off and after so much money spent you get like 10 dollars off your next purchase. Only issue I have with the downtown Comox location is the parking lot they are in is very small. Other than that the staff are great and they most likely carry the brand's you are looking for

Always liked this store.... however I think the staff may need to be reminded that the average age in comox is probably over 50 so act accordingly

Superb place for pet owners. Full array of products, excellent service, good prices. Oh and $10 gets nails clipped and the dog shampooed, etc. We'll be going back often.
