Great quality food and equipment. 10th bag free is a nice loyalty bonus. They genuinely care about their customers and it's nice you can bring your dog to pick out cookies and show off your tricks! This is a pretty nice place for teenagers to work too so lots of variety in the staff. It's just really nice to go where people are happy. It's not a huge corporation and yet they have the essentials plus a bit for your small and large house pet needs. I think in general they curate so there's less junk on the shelves, just the effective items. The Cliffe Ave location seems to have a fun level slightly higher than the other locations but all are good.

By far the best Pet Supplies store in Courtenay. I didn't pay any tax today, I got 2 free cans of Acana Cat Food, as well as a bag of Cat treats for free. The prices here are always fair and they seem to always have a sale on. To top it off the customer service is always amazing at this location!! I ❤️ Woofys.

I can't say thank you enough to the staff at Woofies on Cliffe.
My dog lost fur around his neck and tail.
Three vets gave 3 different diagnosis...
Hypothyroidism. Fungus, fur would not grow back. Alopecia. Many tests and money!
Finally woofies suggested changing dog food, taking Purica and Oxymed spray. Within one month my dogs fur has grown back thick and shiny. My advise is go to your pet store for their input before spending lots of money.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they have larger size bags of my brand of dog food. I live in Powell River but whenever I'm on the Island I stop in and grab a bag since no stores over our way carry the larger size bags of our brand.
