First time having acupuncture and won't be the last. A calm and inviting space. Aysha took time to ask questions, answer mine, put me at ease. She is very easy to talk to. Never felt rushed. All in all, a wonderful experience and I'm feeling really good about my decision to try acupuncture for my health. I'm very grateful to have found Inner strength acupuncture and health (Aysha). My experience was absolutely fantastic, I have never experienced the way I felt as the treatment was incredibly relaxing and beneficial, the gentle and extremely knowledgeable treatment shined through, the atmosphere was beautiful & calming, I later that evening had a extremely relaxing sleep. I already have another treatment booked. Rob Malecki is a gentle natured, kind, and highly knowledgeable DTCM in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine.

Chen-yu was very attentive to my concerns and made me feel seen and heard. I felt super safe during treatment and felt very relaxed afterwards, I really look forward to working more with Chen-yu !
