I bought a box (4 litre) of wine a couple months ago ($50+). The wine was off, I returned it and explained the issue. The cashier asked if I was seeking a refund or a replacement, I asked for a replacement. They took my information and told me the owner would look into it. I was never contacted and yesterday I stopped in and asked a cashier about it, they contacted the owner who told them to tell me "no refund, no replacement as his supplier refused the return". I was quite dissapointed as I have shopped at this store for more than 15 years and have always had a positive experience here. I am no longer willing to shop at a store that will take your money and a returned box of bad wine and offer nothing to the customer. The staff are very pleasant and helpful but the owner ...... not so much! We are a small community here and I will be mentioning this owners response to my friends and neighbours who also frequent Royston Mini-mart.

Great selection of food & pantry items. They do not sell 'ready made' sandwiches or items for 'to go' lunches.
