Beautiful hiking trails, but as of 2024, the city has abandoned cleanliness and safety. Homeless, dumping, and drug abuse creek outward from downtown. Usually the trails have been gorgeous, though, and quite safe with lots of people around.

This was the first course I played at and I really enjoyed the experience. The uphill/downhill shots are challenging but fun. And the trees, oh my god the trees, I hit so many trees. Cool spot, would recommend!

Great place to walk your doggies in the forest. The school should take those kids out every few weeks to clear the garbage left largely by students at Lake Trail school. Maybe a few more garbage cans at trail entries and exits. It's nice, but cloud be nicer.

Great course located close to 2 local schools. It features some challenging shots with lots of trees, an island mando, and penalty boxes. The official 9 holes play down, up and around a bank bordering the protected Morrison Creek. The holes tend to be on the shorter side, with par 3's all around.

Nice course in Courtenay. Playing amongst a nice forest with large fir trees. Not too long.
