Always good prices at the Mex, it has a special place in my heart. They've had to deal with a lot of bad people and situations in the past, but they keep on truckin' and providing a great service. They definitely know their tequilas, I highly recommend checking them out.

Why do people feel the need to spew complete nonsense hiding behind a screen? Every time I have been there, it has been a great experience. The staff and owners are amazing and we always have a great chat, tell jokes, and give Brutus a pet or 20 lol There has never been any racial comments and the culture is very diverse here. I am absolutely shocked and can't imagine how the owners are feeling after reading such a disgusting lie about their business. I know the staff take the time to ensure there is no card theft and get to know their regulars. Don't believe anything from the nasty post, highly recommend going in for yourself. You leave with a smile, and it's not just the "yay it's finally beer o clock" after working all day.

I just read a completely ridiculous review of the Mex Liquor store, The stores staff and clientele(if you were at all familiar with the immediate area) is very diverse. Both culturally, racially and in economic terms.
I feel the need to speak out, not just because I have had nothing but excellent service from the store and staff but also the fact that I grow weary of keyboard cowboys spewing nonsense with no recourse from their phones and tablets.
If you were looking for good pricing, excellent service and knowledge of the product, the Mex liquor store is definitely an establishment you should seek out!

Today, I went this liquor store and, for the first time in my life, I experienced a racist comment in Canada. My partner kindly asked if the store's name was because the owner was Mexican. The cashier, who claimed to be the owner, began making racist remarks about Mexicans, even saying, 'Imagine being one,' with a disgusted expression in her face. This will be the first and last time I step into that store!
