Krysta and the Mindful Mountains/Regulate team have made a huge difference in my life. They have taught me many great tools I use almost everyday. Being able to understand my ADHD and learn to accept it is such a great feeling!
I started getting to a point where so many small (and large) tasks were almost impossible to get done. As my ‘to do’s’ piled up it became more stressful and even harder to start with my giant list looming over my head! The Mindful Mountains/Regulate team validated my struggles and provided me some tools and mindsets to tackle anything. This has given me an incredible amount of confidence with myself.

I loved this course, so much. It was so awesome to share common experiences with other people in the same boat as me. I learned so much about the neuroscience behind adhd and found it all so interesting and helpful with me being kinder to myself about all the things that go with adhd
