We had an amazing experience at this clinic. The receptionist is efficient, kind, organized and on top of her game in every way! Dr. Lombard was fantastic and so caring towards my elderly Mom. The clinic is clean and operates in a way that although the list is long, there are few people in the waiting area at a time, which is always appreciated. We were visitors in the area and I wish this clinic was closer to home!

Absolutely a complete waste of time to go here, dont even bother, they dont care about you.
The hours on google say they're open till 6pm; they're not. The doctor is only in till 1pm. When I walked in the receptionist asked me what I needed help with, and I responded medication side effects, she said come in tomorrow at 7am to be guaranteed to see a doctor. I do, and I wait 3-4 hours to get into a room to be asked again by the receptionist (the exact same one from yesterday who told me to come back in) what I'm there for. I say once again medication side effects and she says they cant help me. Wouldve been nice to know that yesterday when I told her that's what I was there for. They completely wasted my time, I'll go somewhere else next time I need to go to a walk in, I recommend you do the same if you can help it. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

You seem to need to be standing in the line up an hour before the clinic opens so 7:00am if you want to be seen the same day. I was there at 6:55am and 4th inline. Left the clinic at approx 9:30am. Dr Spring was excellent. I wish she was my family Dr. I would suggest bringing a folding chair to sit on which many people in the line did. Today was quite warm in the sun so protection from sun advised. The clinic is great just so many people that need it and not enough Dr.'s.

A great experience at this walk in clinic with Dr Lombard. Both him and the kind lady at reception were extremely friendly and efficient. Granted I had to be at the doors 1 hour before opening to get seen quickly, but its easily a sacrifice I'd make again for a repeat of my last experience. Thanks again!

Excellent experience at this clinic. Dr Lombard was very good, personable and knowledgeable. At checkin I was told it would be about 90 mins and 60 mins later received a call to return to clinic. Was in to see the doc shortly there after. Would highly recommend this clinic and doc!
